For two days this month, our front line bankers will be wearing buttons to encourage conversations with our customers about their current or potential home loan needs. Should a customer have a question or an intention to pur- chase or refinance, the banker will refer them to a mortgage lender. These conversations will have marketing support, such as in-branch flyers, digital screens (where available), buck slips, educational articles, and social media.
