It’s the perfect time of year to consider a home remodel, purchasing that car, boat, or RV, or obtaining cash to help pay for a wedding or a vacation. Custom- ers can also transfer higher rate loans with other financials including out- standing credit card balances. This limited time offer includes an introductory special rate, up to $250 in closing costs credit, and no documentation fee (see left). A larger version can be found on page 4. A localized version of this newspaper ad will run monthly in all markets except Colorado beginning March 8. Some markets may have increased frequency depending on market media costs and other factors. Many of the Iowa and Southwest Wisconsin markets will have TV and radio coverage as well. This offer will also be included in our monthly Matrix Mail program that will cover all markets beginning at the end of March. A larger direct mail piece will be sent to customers in April. Buckslips, flyers, social media, digital ads, and website banner and landing page will also be available. Should a customer have a question or an intention to pur- chase or refinance, the banker will refer them to a mortgage lender. These conversations will have marketing support, such as in-branch flyers, digital screens (where available), buck slips, educational articles, and social media.
