The following pages describe how your current accounts will transition to MidWest One accounts at the close of business on Friday, March 8. Our goal has been to place your existing account at Bank of Denver into a comparable account at MidWest One . If you have questions, please contact us at 303.572.3600. If you decide you’d like to change to a new account on or after March 11, we’ll be happy to work with you to get you into the account best suited for your needs. Please review the changes to policies and disclosures beginning on page 20 for additional account information effective at the close of business on March 8, 2024. Features and benefits that were available with your Bank of Denver accounts and are not included in this guide may no longer be available.
