Cancel a Payment Payments can be cancelled as long as the payment status indicates Pending . To cancel a pending payment, click Cancel Payment on the Payment Details page.
Once a payment is cancelled, the changeable fields on the Payment Details page appear disabled, and the payment status is cancelled.
Create a Recurring Payment To add a recurring payment plan to a billing account, perform the following steps. 1. From the Payments page, select the billing account that you want to set up a recurring payment for and click Create Recurring Payment Plan .
2. The New Recurring Payments page is displayed. Complete all the fields and click Save .
3. A confirmation is displayed.
