A delicious meal featuring Dungeness crab, baked chicken, several side dishes, salads, and desserts will be served. Our ultimate destina- tion today is Vancouver Island. We will take a short walk to the Inn at Laurel Point, a lovely ocean-side resort, where we will check in for one night. (B, L) Day 5: Our day begins with a city tour. Then enjoy Butchart Gardens, 55 acres of the world’s most magnificent gardens. There will be time to enjoy all of the beauty before we depart for the Fairmont Empress Hotel. You’ll feel like you’ve stepped back in time as we experience an authentic Victorian High Tea. We’ll be treated to live music, tableside tea service and delicious English sandwiches and pastries in this stunning hotel. Then it’s back to Victoria harbor to board the Victoria Clipper, a high-speed catamaran, for our trip to Seattle. As we travel through Puget Sound and into the Strait of Juan de Fuca, we’ll see the majestic Olympic Mountains and quaint seaside villages. Upon arrival in Seattle, we will check into the Crowne Plaza for one night. (B, High Tea) Day 6: This morning a local guide will join us for a Seattle city tour followed by a visit to world-famous Pike Place.
