(8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.) Day 8: Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Canary Islands: Walk the historic streets of old town and admire the colonial buildings. Stroll along golden sand beaches. Visit the UNESCO World Heritage site of Mount Teide, the highest point in Spain, or ride a camel at Camel Park! (8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.) Day 9: Funchal, Madeira, Portugal: The picturesque city of Funchal is set on a hillside on the sunny south coast of Madeira. Take the Cabo Girao Cable Car to the highest sea cliff in Europe to experience breathtaking views, or take a toboggan wicker basket ride! (8:00 a.m–4:00 p.m.) Day 10: At Sea, enjoy all the amenities of the ship! Day 11: Malaga, Spain: In this resort city on Spain’s Costa del Sol you can stroll along the palm tree-lined seaside promenades and enjoy beautiful scenery and great weather. Or, take an excursion to lovely Granada to tour the Alhambra! (7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.) Day 12: Alicante, Spain: Located on Spain’s Costa Blanca, Alicante boasts Paseo de las Explanada, one of the most beautiful seafronts in Spain. Stroll through narrow streets and take the elevator to [me]dieval Castillo de Santa Bárbara with views of the Mediterra- nean. (8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.) Day 13: Barcelona, Spain: Disembark
