Greek Isles, Malta, & Italy October 19–November 2, 2022

Day 1: Depart on our overnight flight bound for the Eternal City–Rome! Day 2: Tour Rome to see highlights such as the Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. Relax at La Pace del Palato with a fabulous, included lunch. Then check into the Hotel Dei Mellini for one night. Day 3: Tour the Vatican Museums, the Sistine Chapel to marvel at the work of Michelangelo, and St. Peter’s Basilica, regarded as one of the world’s holiest Christian sites. Depart Rome Day 5: Santorini Islands with whitewashed villages clinging to the sides of the sea cliffs. Day 6: Piraeus (Athens), the oldest city [in] Europe. Not only the home to some of the most important architectural structures, it is also a very modern city with extraordinary art, culture, cuisine and shopping. Day 7: Mykonos, a classic Greek island with whitewashed houses, blue-domed churches and windmills. Day 8: Corfu, the lushest of the Greek Isles, rimmed in dramatic blue waters and topped with tranquil hillside villages. Day 9: Valletta, Malta, visit the magnificent Baroque palaces, piazzas, gardens and churches. Day 10: Sicily, Messina, stroll through Messina’s Piazza Cairoli taking in magnificent foun- tains and cathedrals, or sip Marsala wine at a sidewalk cafe. Day 11: Naples, on Italy’s stunning Amalfi coast is a city rich in history including UNESCO World Heritage Site of Pompeii. Day 12: Florence and Pisa, see Santa Croce, Piazza del Duomo, Michelangelo’s David, and the famous leaning Tower of Pisa. Day 13: Port of Cannes, best known for the Cannes Film Festival. Day 14: Arrive back in Civitavecchia, Italy, and transfer to Rome for more touring plus an interior visit of the Colosseum. Marvel at the fabulous illuminated Trevi Fountain! Overnight at the Hotel Dei Mellini. Day 15: Depart for home and make our way to Civitavecchia to board the Norwegian Getaway . Day 4: Today is a great day to discover all of the ship’s amenities!
